YOUNG

Young street is the home of Umoki. When we first acquired the space, it was a blank canvas; however, the foundation was there, with high ceilings, natural light and concrete flooring.

Our intention was to draw on our preferred style to create a unique space. One of our main requirements was the division of spaces. We were after an area we could comfortably meet clients and a secondary space to design and create. Items sourced were recovered in loved fabrics. All artwork in the front section of the studio is original or generously donated. Many items were reclaimed, including lighting, furniture, storage pieces and stools.
